Chef de cuisine Jaruwan Punkruen showcases her extensive back ground in regional Thai cuisine. The Bangkok-area native burst onto the D. C. -Area scene at Chinatowns Kanlaya Thai and, later, sister restaurant Asian Spice as well as West End powerhouse Thai Kitchen before taking over culinary operations at Thai Curry in July 21.
